TLP 184 2017 SHOT Show Conserving The 2nd Amendment

Welcome back to the Nordic Components Talking Lead Show episode: TLP 184 2017 SHOT Show Conserving The 2nd Amendment.  We are back from the 2017 SHOT Show at the Sands Convention Center in Las Vegas.  As usual we've got a ton of cool interviews for you Leadheads thanks to our friends at Asymmetric Technologies. Our first interview this episode was actually our last interview at SHOT.  Shannon, Product Development Leader, of Nordic Components joins us to announce the release of their new rifle, The NC-PCC, a 9mm pistol caliber carbine.  The NC-PCC features a patented modular lower receiver, with removable / interchangeable magwell, allowing you to use more than one style of magazine. Using the same lower, this PCC can be configured to run Glock or M&P magazines with additional magwells and calibers coming soon.  Oh and by the way the NC-10 .308 made an appearance and should be on the market by summer.  We got to shoot both and were very impressed.  Check Youtube soon for the videos on both of these high end, affordable rifles. Next up we have none other than our good friend Chris Cheng, The History Channel's Top Shot Season 4 Champion.  Chris took some time away from competition shooting and focused on his professional career and the NSSF's diversity initiative.  As we are getting caught up with Chris a couple of giants (In the industry and physical appearance too) move in on the conversation...Adam with Palmetto State Armory brings the one and only Karl Malone to talk to the Leadhead nation! Karl and Adam tell us about the new grassroots movement they are starting called American Way Conservation Society (AWCA).  This movement is going to bridge relations between anti-gun and pro-gun communities.  By extending an olive branch to anti-gun groups, as Karl puts it, inviting them to sit down break bread and have a civilized conversation regarding their issues with a panel of 2nd amendment advocates.  Lefty was honored to one of the first people picked for this groundbreaking project.  Also...the winner of the iTunes feedback initiative is announced.  Who will win the awesome Talking Lead swag package?
