TLSP017: Understanding why our need to feel safe impacts all that we do with Jo Grace

from The Soul Living Podcast · host Anne-Louise Harbutt

Joining me for this episode is Jo Grace, a trauma psychotherapist with a specialist interest in Nervous System Health. This is Jo's second appearance on the podcast, and I'm delighted to welcome her back. We discuss how one of the biggest challenges we all have culturally is that we spend a lot of the time not feeling very safe in our bodies and how essential it is for our nervous systems to have safety and connection. We also talk about orientation and how we can use this to listen to our environment and settle ourselves.   You can listen to Jo's first appearance on The Soul Living Podcast here: Episode 3: Understanding the nervous system and the origins of your subconcious responses with Jo Grace   About Anne-Louise: Hey I'm Anne-Louise, Intuitive Spiritual Mentor and host of The Soul Living podcast.  I empower women to have a deeper connection with themselves and their soul so they can feel more lit up and alive than they have ever felt before. I have a profound connection with The Universe and I have an intuitive gift that enables me to pinpoint what is holding back my clients from a life they love.  I combine this with channelling bespoke guidance from The Universe, so they know where their focus needs be in any particular moment, to manifest and create the lifestyle they want. I work with clients on an individual basis, connecting with the energy of their higher self, their future self and their inner child so they can release the emotions from the past that hold them back and step into the women they have always wanted to become.
