TMD - Ep. 026 - Alien

Welcome to The Memory Distillery! Each week, we'll malt, mash, ferment, and distill our way through the spirits of our past in the form of long loved movies. On this week's episode, we explore Ridley Scott's Alien (now with BOTH sides of the conversation, and music!). We'll discuss the great visuals, the less great tech sounds, and the differences between the theatrical and director's cuts. Also, John and Anthony talk about their love of the set design, give their picks for who they'd recast in a reboot of the classic film, and manage to get through the entire episode without mentioning "face-hugger" or "chest-burster." All October long we're holding listener polls to have you guys pick our movies for the month. Head on over to the Facebook page to vote now! We're back with new episodes every Monday so be sure to subscribe to get notified each week. Follow us on Facebook and leave us a message, or email us at [email protected].
