Comedian Brodie Reed discusses his decision to get away from it all and move to Japan. He explains how he learned Japanese so that he could watch anime without subtitles or dubbed audio. Now that he's back in the U.S., he is back to performing comedy and banjo, and wants to make independent films on his own terms – having spent his younger years pitching shows to traditional Hollywood.
