Studies are now showing how this dependency has kept women from building the wealth they need to be seen as equals financially. Finally, we go over how the US Department of Education is planning to re-work the highly flawed income-driven repayment system, so that once payments for student loans are restored, they don't immediately put everyone back where they started.
