TN287: 7 years in business! Part1: The highlights, learnings and transformations
from The Time Is Now
People joke about the ‘7-year itch’ in romantic relationships and the alleged phase of restless angst, but what about a business relationship? As an entrepreneur we have a business relationship foremost with ourselves. We are the center of our business and therefore at the center of its highlights, challenges and transformations. We can’t separate the two and so when we reach a milestone, it’s the perfect time to reflect on our journey. I am a completely different person than 7 years ago, when I launched Tandem Nomads. My business forced me to grow on a business level but even more on a personal level. I’m proud to say that Tandem Nomads turned 7 in November 2022! I’ve learnt so much along the way and so much has changed since I first started Tandem Nomads. This week’s episode is a retrospective on these past 7 years as I share with you the highlights, challenges, learnings and transformations. You’ll come to understand the power of evolution and pivoting for both you and your clients and how you can make it happen as you grow personally. I also share why my challenges were opportunities and invite you to join me on the next steps of this journey. What you will learn: How Tandem Nomads has evolved in 7 years What are the highlights and wins I celebrate and why What were my challenges and learnings and how they impacted me and my business This episode is also available in a blog format: Click here to find the article Resources and inspiration: Click here to listen to the second part of this episode: The people who contributed to this journey Share Your Love!
