In today's show, we discuss the latest case opinion by the U.S. Supreme Court regarding presidential immunity. Though their opinion is convoluted, it will mean that, in the future, presidents will NOT be subject to prosecution for actions they take in office that are "official" actions. However, they WILL be personally responsible for any actions they take while president, which are NOT official actions. They sent the case back to the lower court. Meanwhile, the nation and the World are aggressively trying to answer whether Joe Biden will step down as the Presidential candidate representing the Democratic Party. The light shining on Biden's Thursday debate debacle shocked the entire World. The possibilities of potential presidential candidate replacements for Biden are almost endless. This will be a moving target and an infinite story for many weeks!
