You'll hear from House Speaker Mike Johnson as he explains the details of the "official" impeachment inquiry of President Biden, which was formally launched Wednesday with a vote in the House. That vote was unanimous by House Republicans. Speaker Johnson made clear that the House months ago offered a funding plan for both Ukraine and Israel that Democrats have refused. Why their refusal? The GOP plan requires some southern border security measures MUST be implemented as part of any Ukraine/Israel funding plan.
