"To Be Continued..." // Acts 28 (Sunday 6/2/24)

Cliffhangers! Love 'em or hate 'em, they're the reason we keep coming back. Binge watching your favorite show is so tempting because we all have a deep desire to know the end of the story. We want closure. We want it all wrapped up in the end. But a life of faith is not like that at all. Our path toward God is a journey. The book of Acts doesn't wrap up with a tidy bow; it leaves us wondering. It paints a compelling vision for what could be next and how you and I might be a part of the unfolding story. The incredible thing about following God is that no matter what happens, He's with us. He's promised to work out His perfect plans and purposes in our lives as we trust Him. We'll be encouraged this Sunday to see the many ways God is leading us, with hope and a future!
