To be or not to be Submissive or Mental Abuse.....

Is it being Submissive or is it flat out mental abuse? In our Black community we are a very strong group of people, we endure a lot on our jobs, in our homes and in our communities. Mental and Physical abuse is a real thing and as Black people we tend to push things to the back of minds and Bam!!! we snap. Now we in whole new situation. Do you know the signs of mental abuse? Today we talk about the signs and ways of handling this serious problem in our community, lets focus on this topic and discuss this issue and take action.
