To help support America’s pig farmers, Luke Bryan goes back to his roots

from North American Network

The “National Pork Board” has teamed up with country-music superstar Luke Bryan—to help dispel what it believes are common misconceptions about modern pig-farming. The new campaign involves a focus-group video that metaphorically compares a modern pig-farm to a five-star hotel; it’s also being held alongside Bryan’s “Farm Tour”, which takes place this month throughout the Midwest. As part of the campaign, Bryan is drawing upon his childhood-experiences growing up on a farm in Georgia… “This year, more than 60-thousand pig-farmers, across the U-S—who value rural communities, just like me—are supporting this Tour—which is just one of the examples of the many ways [that] they show up in the communities where they live and work. Today’s pig-farmers keep communities like yours thriving—through their hard work as leaders, dedicated volunteers, and providing jobs, all across America.” To learn more about the campaign, visit “pork”-dot-org-slash-“we-care”.
