To Tell The Truth or Not w Regan Forston

I'm excited to have Regen Forston on my show and he will and I will be talking about when to tell the truth when not to and how to be authentic with ourselves. I know for me that I've been working through a lot of this and also we're going to maybe talk about the masking that we do the masking is something that we kind of over accomplish or over state what we can do or we stay on so much because we can't let down our guard for who we are which is not necessarily telling the truth yet it is telling a truth. It's going to be an interesting conversation because we've all been having a difficult time with the energies right now in my observation as it's interesting that so many people are blurting out opinions but they're not discerning their way through How are other people going to perceive that Well is that when we should really tell the truth maybe or maybe not. So on today's show we're going to be talking a little bit about that and the discernment that we can have with living life so that everybody can get along hopefully a little bit better than not.
