Sitting down with multi-faceted artist ToBy (aka Reggie B) to talk about new projects and how he handles rapping, singing, acting, comedy, and more. He's signed to Magnetic Moon, the label owned by Thievery Corporation's Rob Garza, which should tell you something about his level of creativity and willingness to color outside the lines.
