In 1981, Judas Priest released their seventh album, "Point of Entry", featuring "Heading Out to the Highway." In 1983, "Pass the Dutchie" by Musical Youth peaked at #10 on the pop singles chart. In 1991, Motorhead released their ninth album "1916". It features "R.A.M.O.N.E.S.", their tribute song to The Ramones. In 1993, a terrorist bomb exploded in the garage of New York's World Trade Center,killing six people and injuring more than 1,000 others.
