He's Frank Gallagher on "Shameless" and without a doubt one of the best character actors ever. Today in 1781, William Herschel discovered Uranus, the seventh planet from the sun. Uranus was the first planet to be discovered with the aid of a telescope. In 1992, "My Cousin Vinny" was released. In 2006, Black Sabbath was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame along with Lynyrd Skynyrd, Blondie, Miles Davis and the Sex Pistols. The Sex Pistols declined the honor, but were inducted anyway.
