He was Mr. Feeny on "Boy Meets World". Hockey legend Gordie Howe was born on this date in 1928. Today in 1889, the Eiffel Tower was officially dedicated. At 984 feet tall, it was the world's tallest structure of its time. In 1958, Chuck Berry released his rock 'n roll classic "Johnny B. Goode". In 1967, Jimi Hendrix set his guitar on fire for the first time during a concert in London. In 1993, Brandon Lee died on the set of "The Crow" and in 1995 Selena was shot to death in Corpus Christi by the founder of her fan club. RIP
