Today (1/19) is dubbed Blue Monday-- which is allegedly "the most depressing day of the year." Mental health experts say there is no evidence that depression actually peaks on the third Monday of January. But grey cold days, social isolation and money worries after holiday spending can make it a difficult time of year.
