DBKL recently took action against an unlicensed foreign vendor who was caught selling and roasting corn in front of the entrance of Suria KLCC. This spurred many reactions online, with criticisms directed towards both DBKL and the vendor. This led to us wondering, what is the best way to deal with illegal food stalls in our city?
