Today society is sad

from Daily Motivation Boost

Today society is sad. It is a sadness that we do not notice because sometimes it is not seen, but it is present in thoughts and emotions. The absence of future plans, the uncertainty and fatigue that we are experiencing in the face of the situation that we have had to live through. This means that we are losing our enthusiasm for things. We have lost celebrations, parties, trips, and we don't know when we will be able to do them again. Prolonging this mood can take its toll and a major disorder may develop.People need to be motivated, have goals and achievements since we respond positively to them, even if they are small and routine. That is why it is necessary to cultivate our personal motivation to feel good and positive.Let's set small goals that we can achieve. Having short and medium-term motivations, having a balance between challenging and achievable, we should never set goals that are impossible to achieve. Small tasks like:– Read a book a month, or read 20 minutes a day.– Do a physical exercise routine two or three times a week or go for a walk 30 minutes a day.– Leave your cell phone forgotten on a table after 7 p.m. or do not look at social networks at night so as not to disturb your sleeping pattern.– Sign up for a course that you have always wanted, even if it is online– Watch that series that you have never been encouraged to watch and that has been recommended to you– Be informed of the news, through a single medium, be careful with overinformation that generates a lot of anxietySetting short-term goals will help us generate feelings of self-efficacy that will allow us to consider greater motivations, providing greater resistance in the face of adversity.Support this podcast at — https://redcircle.com/celebrities-motivational-speech/donations Hosted on Acast.
