IN POLITICAL NEWS Karoline Leavitt steps down: After more than a year and a half as White House Press Secretary, Leavitt is leaving to spend more time with her young children. Larry ranks her alongside Sarah Huckabee Sanders among the greatest White House press secretaries. Abdul El-Sayed under scrutiny: Larry attacks El-Sayed's personal practice of sharia and raises questions about his record as Michigan's health commissioner, including responsibility for a large share of dog euthanizations in 2015. Larry's broader concern: AI is becoming a medical decision-maker before society has figured out how much it should be trusted. IN ILLEGAL CRIMINAL ALIEN NEWS The Fifth Circuit handed Trump another victory involving Tren de Aragua. Ryan Burge's research suggests that bringing children to church early and consistently is among the more effective ways to keep them engaged with faith. Kansas schools are implementing all-day cellphone lockup policies, with Larry expecting student performance and test scores to improve. IN TRANSOID NEWS The federal government has ended Medicaid funding for transoid surgeries involving minors. IN ENTERTAINMENT NEWS Supergirl reportedly failed badly enough that DC canceled four other female-led projects. Spider-Man: Brand New Day has surpassed $1.7 billion and is projected to exceed $2 billion, which Larry estimates could produce around $1 billion in profit. Young Washington has reached $46 million against a $20 million production budget and is approaching profitability. The WNBA's latest attempt to define a woman has, according to Jennifer Say, managed to "say nothing." Australian golf prospect Jessica Bang died at 18 following a brain hemorrhage. IN MEDICAL NEWS TrumpRx: Drug prices have reportedly fallen at their fastest rate in 60 years. AND FINALLY... A new antiviral chewing gum reportedly reduces the risk of certain head and neck cancers dramatically.
