Todd Bumgardner is a fitness coach that has a few specialties, one of those being training for stalk hunting. In this podcast we talk about how you should be training for a hunt, as well as other training specialties that Todd is involved in. I recently had the chance to go on an elk hunt in Montana with my son Turner, and I am so glad I was in good physical fitness for this trip.  Todd and I have similar opinions on some training but differ in others.
