Todd Fleming was this week's guest on Success Profiles Radio. He is the author of the book "If You Can't Wholesale After This, I've Got Nothing For You." We discussed how he got started in real estate by initially getting a real estate license and working for a broker before realizing he wanted to start wholesaling properties on his own. We talked about his rock bottom moment when he had only $11 left in his bank account and how he overcame that. We also talked about how anyone can buy and sell a home without their own money or credit, and he outlined the steps required which are also in his book.
