Martin & Patrick are back for another podcast of Fun and information.

We have an update on Martins's broken toe and when the Oncologists can resume the treatment of Martins's Stage 4 lung Cancer, we discuss his new drug and the next important scan of his lungs.

Covid has been running amock here in the UK, Patrick tells us about his 6 days in bed over Christmas and how Martin's wife ended up with the same.

Sports Men & Women, how should they be treated on the field of play during a cardiac arrest, We discuss and update listeners on the progress of Tom Lockier who suffered a Cardiac whilst in the middle of play, and how Medics treated him at the event. Who are all the people on the Team bench, we also identify Team Doctors and their roles.

Heart Issues, what to look out for, and the signs of a pending Heart attack, Cardiac arrest.  Angina (Stable and Unstable Angina) are discussed.
