Toes Aren't the Destination - Tracey Cerchiara

Tracey's first experience of yoga was at the age of 16 in the late 1980's, this experience was profound and was where she was blessed to meet her teacher Seeta Staelhi who over the following 28 years became an important mentor in her life. Tracey has trained with Swami Sarasvati.For over 20 years Tracey has been formally facilitating a space in a variety of environments for people to practice mindful yoga, breathing, meditation and relaxation techniques. Tracey still continues to see herself as an avid student of yoga, meditation and mindfulness techniques.
