Toledo Bufffalo Soldiers and Off The Rails Food Truck to feed youth at Wayman Palmer

The Toledo Buffalo Soldiers and Off The Rails food truck are teaming up with community members to provide a healthy breakfast to kids who normally would have one at school or at the Wayman Palmer YMCA.
