Tom is a Dove Award nominated songwriter and part of the initial team that kicked off Life Teen in 1985 when it was just a single parish ministry in Mesa, Arizona. It has since grown into an international Catholic youth ministry program. Tom currently works for Oregon Catholic Press as an associate director on the Music Development team.
