Tom Kapsimalis - Managing Director and Head of Secondaries at CPP Investments

Prior to his current role, he was an Investment Banking Associate in the Syndicated and Leveraged Finance team at TD Securities, a senior investor on CPP Investments' Secondaries team, and helped establish the firm's Hedge Fund Co-Investment Program during his tenure in the London office. Tom holds an Honours Bachelor's of Business Administration in Finance and Economics from Wilfrid Laurier University and was named to Private Equity International's Future 40 list in 2025, recognising the next generation of leaders in private equity.Recorded in May, 2026
