Tom Olsson shares about his joy-filled move from lawyer to pastor

from The Grand Awakening Podcast

Tom Olsson currently serves as the Lead Pastor of Calvary Church here in Grand Rapids, a role he has filled for the past 16 ½ years. Previous to that, Tom worked in the investment services industry and was in a law practice as a licensed attorney. He and his wife Jennifer have been married for 32 years, together they have three adult children, Jeffrey, Jonathan, and Kate who currently all live and work in Chicago. (Tom and Jennifer are hoping and praying their kids eventually will move back to the West Michigan area.) In this podcast, Tom shares how God used him to help bring Sara Blue (who shared her amazing story on a previous podcast) to faith in Christ. Tom also shares how God led him to transfer from his successful career in investment services and law to fulltime ministry, and how he has absolutely no regrets in making this major move in life.
