My guest is Tomas Gomez. As an Industrial and Systems Engineer, Tomas began his career in the aerospace and automotive industries manufacturing advanced electro-mechanical and turbo systems. Then moved into design and development, first modeling and implementing new manufacturing assembly lines based on Lean Six/Sigma methodologies. He then transitioned into new product development and innovation programs working with consumer products. After 20 years working at Fortune 500 corporations and over 500 new products launched, Tomas decided to pursue his business ventures. "The moment I left corporate America and started my own business, I knew I had to share what I had learned with my fellow struggling managers and entrepreneurs," he said.
