Tomasz Wosiak-Executive Chef- TC Restaurant Group

Chef Tomatz (pronounced Tomash) and I spent some time touring Springer Mountain Farms together, and I had so many questions for him. He runs some of the busiest restaurants and bars in Nashville. I am fascinated in how he makes it all work. Listen in as he tells his story, and he talks about all the things that make the machine go! He is also very inspirational as an immigrant, who has only lived in Nashville for a month. I loved this interview, and we are all lucky to have this amazing Chef in our town.
