When you make a profession out of the things you love-- enduring the challenge of wearing several hats every day-- you are leading with Entrepreneurship. Tommy Castor admits, "I always wanted to own my own Radio Station.." and since that did not come to fruition, he thought he wasn't going to be an Entrepreneur.  And he was wrong.  Tommy took the attitude that "failing up" was possible.  The irony that this radio personality who "didn't want to be Programmed" is why he is able to make a career out of all of the things he loves.   It was a joy to talk to Tommy.  Catch him on his podcast Keeper of the Games KOGsports.com
