Tommy Payne

Tommy Payne has achieved huge success since starting out in athletics at 19. He has multiple senior cross-country titles in Carlow and has won a world medal running for Ireland in mountain running. He's continued his success into masters running winning more national & world medals. Now 65, he's still running sub 17 for 5k and is planning more medals in Poland this month.
