Today I have my friend Tommy Trozera on the podcast. He has been clean and sober for over 43 years. Growing up in Del Mar , he started to drink and smoke weed to be cool. He was introduced to cocaine in free base form that built up to a 7 gram a day habit . At 22 years old he found recovery in 01/03/81 never went back.
