소비자의 통신비를 줄여준다는 취지로 만든 ´단통법´이 통신사들의 배만 불린 것으로 나타났습니다. 통신사들의 이용자 1인당 평균 지원금은 단통법 시행 전인 2014년 29만3천261원에서 올해 6월 17만4천205원으로 40.6% 감소했습니다. 이렇게 줄어든 지원금은 2015년에만 1조 2천억원에 달했습니다. 손 안 대고 코 푼격입니다.
