Last night's set from the Tonic Music for Mental Health fundraiser event Tonic Rider's Live & Direct. The Tonic Rider campaign supports all within the music and art industry & live music venues across the UK by raising awareness of suicide & mental health issues within the music industry. It provides information on coping strategies along with signposting to services that can help in a crisis and with the rise of suicide & mental health within the music and art industry, Tonic have decided it's time to make a change.
