Believe it or not, Rachelle still styles hair. She LOVES it. It is her time to connect with her guests and be creative. But she is also a business owner. Rachelle makes a concerted effort to switch between the days as the “technician” and days as the “owner”. As the “technician” she is all-in making sure her guests are treated right and leaving satisfied and happy. When she puts on that “owner’s hat", she’s strategic, visionary, and willing to be that leader.
