Tony and Cathy Mantuano- Chef, Sommelier- Yolan- The Joseph Hotel

James Beard award winning and Michelin Starred Chef of Spiaggia in Chicago, Tony Mantuano and his with Cathy join NRR to talk about their new venture in The Joseph Hotel. He will be creating world class cuisine, and she will be creating a world class wine list and service. The couple talk about why this was such a special opportunity, and why they are excited to be in Nashville.
