Tony Ferguson, Kevin Holland, UFC 279 preview

from UFC Unfiltered with Jim Norton and Matt Serra

Jim and Matt are back after Labor Day Weekend! Today on the show, the guys preview UFC 279 and recap UFC Fight Night: Gane vs Tuivasa. First, Tony Ferguson joins to preview his fight against Li Jingliang at UFC 279 this weekend. His wifi connection had other ideas, but he did manage to give us a fight preview and tell a joke about muffins. Then, the guys touch on the Ciryl Gane vs Tai Tuivasa fight from this past weekend, what Robert Whittaker should do next after his huge win against Marvin Vettori, make some predictions for the fights at UFC 279, and address a viral video clip featuring Renzo Gracie. Finally, Kevin Holland’s shirtless appearance inspires Matt to remove his shirt in solidarity as they talk about Holland's short-notice fight against Daniel Rodriguez this Saturday. Kevin also explains his issues with “clout-chasing” fighters who take their beef to the cameras as opposed to behind closed doors. Holland ends the appearance by plugging his new hip-hop songs, which Jim and Matt checked out on the air.See Privacy Policy at https://art19.com/privacy and California Privacy Notice at https://art19.com/privacy#do-not-sell-my-info.
