Tony Lamb, Founder of Kona Ice, creating the shaved ice truck, branding it tropical, & franchising!

Tony realized the ice cream truck was iconic yet wasn't changing for so many years so he sought out to make a new version that would be healthier and provide a better ice experience! He modified one truck, made the brand around the tropical theme, and eventually added the beloved flavor bar, Flavorwave. Tony's creation has brought immense joy to millions around the globe not only giving them a flavorful shaved ice experience, but one that has a major reduction in sugar and seemingly unlimited flavors to put on it! Kona Ice is at so many incredible events and is always immensely popular due to it's fun branding, enjoyable experience, and great taste.
