He originated the role of legendary manager Shelly Berger in Ain’t Too Proud: The Life and Times of The Temptations on Broaday and stayed with the production for four years.Before moving to New York to join the last revival of Les Misérables, Joshua co-founded No Rules Theatre Company, the first dual-city theatre based in Washington, D.C., and Winston-Salem, NC. During his tenure, he produced award-winning premieres, directed acclaimed productions, and developed outreach programs for underrepresented communities, including the Deaf/Hard of Hearing.As a director, his credits include In Love and Warcraft (Helen Hayes Nomination), Hedwig and the Angry Inch, The Last Five Years, and more.
