Too many coincidences, no actual crimes, malicious prosecution, the IRA and Joe's AKAs

from The Alan Sanders Show

Today's show opens we me plotting out when the four different court cases are planned to take place in 2024 and how they are all around the most important primary election dates. It is not a coincidence and continues to show how coordinate these actions are in interfering with the 2024 Presidential election cycle. And, as a reminder of all of the supposed coincidence, I plot out the timeline of when bad news was released regarding the Biden Crime Family and the indictments against Donald Trump that immediately followed. There is no way to look at the coordination and not see the real conspiracy is within the Biden regime. Speaking of conspiracy, let's remember what Harvard Law School professor Alan Dershowitz says to his students – the easiest cases to get convictions are RICO and conspiracy, but those are the also the ones most likely to be overturned on appeal. They don't care if they lose on appeal. It's all about getting just one charge to stick and they have accomplished their mission. We should look now at the huge Fani Willis indictment and what she said at her press conference. She said that while no single action documented in the indictment is criminal, taken as a whole, they point to a criminal enterprise. That's the whole basis for the concept behind prosecutors using racketeering statutes. To get the kingpin of an organized crime family, you have show a volume of criminal enterprises surrounding that person. Most kingpins won't have their fingerprints on anything. So, you prove guilt because everyone around that person has committed a crime. Here's the problem. RICO statues require crimes to have been committed. Generally you get a lot of lower level members of the crime organization, but then you work your way closer to the center. But, every charges in RICO is an actual stand-alone crime. DA Fani Willis admits, none of the individual actions in the indictment constitute a crime. She just wants us to believe that by documenting so many, there must be a crime there. However, that's not how it's supposed to work. In fact, with that in mind, there is a Georgia statute on the books regarding malicious prosecution. I believe, when laid out as I have in today's show, Trump and the others listed in the huge Fani Willis indictment can show they have been harmed by this malicious prosecution. Moving on to a few other subjects, Mark Meadows, Trump's former Chief of Staff is set to remind DA Fani Willis that there is a supremacy clause to our Constitutional government. Since he was acting as a member of the federal government, the charges need to be move to a federal court, not a local courtroom in Fulton County, GA. In a massive breaking story, it seems Joe Biden tried hiding some of his criminal malfeasance when he was the Vice President by creating several pseudonyms. According to a letter released by Rep. James Comer (R-KY) to the National Archives, his committee wants unredacted copies of correspondence to include several of those alternate IDs for Joe Biden, to include Robert L. Peters, Robin Ware and JRB Ware. Let's see what reaction this causes over the next few days. And finally, we just passed the one-year anniversary of the passing of the Inflation Reduction Act and it is proving to be the economic killing instrument I predicted. Plus, as I also warned, it was always meant to be the Green New Deal in disguise. Now Democrats are basically admitting that was their intention all along. As Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA) says, "Bidenomics means bigger government, more spending and higher prices." Based on where we are today as average Americans, it's even worse than that.
