Too Many Rules Can Create a Culture of Risk Secrecy

Having too many rules, regulations and standards in place can lead to unnecessary complications and a ‘risk secrecy’ culture in the workplace.  Creating a more simplistic environment for your workers can lead to a more open and honest work ethic.
