Tool Execs Discuss Innovative MTV ITV Application

Tracy Swedlow, editor-in-chief of InteractiveTV Today itvt.com, speaks to Dustin Calif, the Head of Digital Content for L.A.-based firm called Tool and Brian Latt, Executive Producer at Tool. They recently developed a very innovative broadband TV interactive video and music application for MTV featuring the Cold War Kids that enable the 4 band members (each of which was filmed against a darkly lit background in order to give the impression that all four members are playing on the same stage) to exist on video and, therefore, audio tracks, too, and are controlled by the viewer.
