A short leg or short hip is the reason for your low back pain. Myth 2. You need an MRI or image to "see" the problem. Myth 3. You are "out of alignment" and that is the reason for your low back pain. Myth 4. A disc herniation does not heal and it needs surgery in order to be fixed. Myth 5. Adjustments put things "back in place" and is needed in order to resolve your low back pain. Myth 6. It's degeneration and you can't do anything about it. Your low back pain is from disc degeneration. Myth 7. You need to rest your low back. You won't get better unless you rest. Myth 8. Tight hamstrings or weak glutes is the reason for your low back pain. Myth 9. You have a weak core! You need to strengthen your core for your low back pain. Myth 10. Your posture is the reason for your low back pain. You need better posture!
