Top 40 Starting Pitchers

Grey and B_Don have moved on from the hitters and we're on to the arms. We tried to get through 50, but for everyone's sanity, we stopped at 40. We talk about our view on the starting pitcher position (BTW, I'm surprised Grey hasn't fired me for getting Corbin Burnes in 1 league). As we go through, we also let you know who we typically target as SP1, SP2, etc., and in what round.
