Top ANC leader in KZN arrested in connection with death of former ANCYL SG Sindiso Magaqa appears in court.,

SAfm — The top ANC leader in KwaZulu-Natal arrested in connection with the death of former ANC Youth League secretary-general Sindiso Magaqa is appearing in the Umzimkhulu Magistrate's Court. Magaqa's family has expressed shock and disappointment following this arrest. Meanwhile, the ANC yesterday confirmed that a senior party leader in the province and a mayor in one of the municipalities in southern KZN had been arrested together with four others and are appearing in court today. Yesterday KZN ANC member Thabiso Zulu expressed his frustration regarding not receiving state protection for his part in blowing the whistle on corruption in the province as well as political deaths
