TOP AWARD FOR LOCAL CLUB

Congratulations to the Penguin Surf Life Saving Club for being named the Club of the Year at the National Surf Life Saving Australia 2020 Awards for Excellence.   In a big compliment to the club and the work of its volunteers, this is the very first time a Tasmanian club has taken out the national award.   The North West club was one of six finalists from around the country, and I am delighted that their dedication to the local community has been acknowledged on a national level.
