Election day in VA is less than 24 hours away. Saturday, I sat with former Richmond City Council President and current candidate for City Treasurer Michelle Mosby to learn about her campaign, why she is running for City Treasurer, and what she hopes to bring to the position if elected. This was my first time sitting down with Ms. Mosby and it was great conversation. Recently, there has been questions, raised in the press, asking if the role of City Treasurer is even needed within the City.
