Are you too busy to notice the presence of Jesus? If you are doing ministry and it feels like you’re doing God a favor, this is for you. We reflect on the story of Mary and Martha in Luke 10:38–42, reminding us that true ministry starts with seeking His presence, not just serving. Busy hands without a surrendered heart lead to burnout, but choosing the “good portion” of sitting at Jesus’ feet brings peace, joy, and anointing that lasts. Seek Him first.
