That's what I was wondering. Or they will cancel you, either or. And we're talking about two elderly folks that uh can't afford it to go up any more than what it already is, much less have it canceled on. Right. uh Not to mention, they weren't home when this took place. Nobody knew. 01:42 that this even took place. uh There was no reports, no CMS, no police report, you know, nothing to let them know that this has taken place on their property until they received the letter Saturday that they're oh looking at being sued for this. 02:01 So, so let me ask you something without naming names. Is this a reputable law firm? It is. Really? It is. And they're suing your mother-in-law. How old is she, by the way? She is 65. My father-in-law is 85, both of them in poor health right now. Yeah. But they're going after their homeowner's insurance. And, you know, I've worked with a 02:30 We're contractors, Greg and I are contractors, um we've had, we carry workers comp, we've had claims go against our workers comp before that was bogus, but our workers comp paid it because it was cheaper to pay it than to fight it. Yeah. May be the case for them, but when our premium is the one that goes up, it's not cheaper for us. Right. So, so are they claiming it was ICE or are they claiming it was a, are they claiming anything? 02:59 They didn't give any information other than they won't. ah 03:05 and insurance information and any that anything that they do to they can't do anything to the driveway or lighting. I didn't understand that part of the letter because there's no light. It's just a carport is a driveway that goes up to a carport as a sidewalk. You know, it's all concrete. Yeah. And the day this package was delivered, you know, we were out at the time. So 03:34 nobody was there to even know you know i don't there's neighbors that are all around the home of tennis subdivisions so they would have been an ambulance scene this lady's supposedly you know broker here and too two places i don't know many people to break their hips into places that can get a walk away from that yeah yes you would think an ambulance or something would have been involved 03:57 I mean, I think the biggest thing is the public don't know that this could take place to them. All these people that are getting Amazon packages on a daily basis have no idea they could be sued and not even be there. Never know what happened.
